there’s a huge difference between borderline hentai and straight out hentai. The main difference being that hentai usually consist of sex scenes with almost no story (or just a bad story) and have very few episodes. from my experience a great example of a borderline hentai would have to be high school DxD. and just to clear things up borderline hentai is like any other anime with 12 or so episodes per season but borderline hentai at its very best only has almost happening sex scenes, in other words in borderline hentai (depending on your definition of borderline hentai) has at least one scene where 2 people (a male and a female I hope lol) get a little to frisky and almost have sex but it was prevented by someone or some kind of event… LMAO I think I made it more complex than it needed it to be.
