In apology for delaying Takatoshi’s first class, Shino offers him the position of vice president of the student council, stating that the group needs a male point of view to accommodate the arrival of boys at the school. Despite his displeasure, Takatoshi is appointed as the newest member of the student council despite having yet to enter the school building.

Takatoshi quickly realizes that the other student council members are a little strange: President Shino, who appears studious and serious, but is actually a huge pervert obsessed with the erotic and constantly making lewd jokes; secretary Aria Shichijou, who appears to be a typical sheltered rich girl, but is just as risque, if not more so, than the president; and finally, treasurer Suzu Hagimura, who appears normal but has the body of an elementary school student and is extremely self-conscious of it.
