Chinese culture is extremely different from western culture in many ways because it is older than 5000 years, and Chinese people have strong cultural values than western people. They have developed their own musical instruments, painting techniques, cooking methods, and traditional attires etc.
Chinese comic artist Siyu compared Chinese culture with western through his comics. He was born in Beijing, and spent more than a decade in traveling studying and working in western countries such as US, UK and France. When he met with western people, they asked him about Chinese culture and rumors related to his culture, he made his mind to illustrate the difference between Chinese and western culture by using his comics. He started “tiny eyes” in the hope of sharing Chinese culture through everyday life, here are some of his amazing comics.
