11 – BUGGY (Current)

Buggy the Star Clown is the captain of the Buggy Pirates and a former apprentice of the Roger Pirates. He accidentally consumed the Bara Bara no Mi, a Paramecia-class Devil Fruit which allows him to separate his body parts and control them independently of each other. The abilities gained from this fruit also make Buggy immune to slashing, cutting and cleaving attacks; any such attack just separates him into his component parts, allowing him to reform as needed. Because he is invulnerable to cutting attacks, he could be considered the natural enemy to even the most powerful swordsmen, as seen when he easily survived Mihawk’s extremely powerful slashing ability. In addition, most of his body is capable of flying through the air, with enough force to send a man flying through a wall – with the crucial exception of his feet having to stay grounded.
There are two major weaknesses of his Devil Fruit. The first is that his feet act as an anchor and must remain on the ground even when the rest of his body is airborne. Secondly, despite feeling them at all times, Buggy may lose pieces of his body if they leave his visual range, though once he can see them again he can easily guide them back.

10 – GEKKO MORIAH (Former)

Gekko Moriah is a former Shichibukai who resided on the largest ship in the world, Thriller Bark. Moriah ate the Kage Kage no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to manifest and control shadows as physical beings. It is this fruit that allowed him to build his zombie army by depriving living beings of their shadows and implanting them in dead bodies. Moriah can have his own shadow, which he calls Doppelman, fight for him; in addition to being mostly solid and easily changing its form into things like tiny bats, Doppelman cannot be destroyed and will continue to reform.Moriah can switch locations with his shadow instantaneously, which he uses to dodge attacks.
Moriah can place someone’s shadow inside of someone’s living body, increasing physical power and possibly granting them a fighting technique. He can also grab multiple shadows and insert them into his own body for a power and size increase;the culmination of this is his last resort technique Shadow’s Asgard, where Moriah absorbs the shadows from all of his zombies at once. On Thriller Bark, Moriah absorbed 1000 shadows at once, giving him a monstrous increase in both size and strength that allowed him to split his ship in half with one punch.

9 – CROCODILE (Former)

Crocodile is extremely intelligent and cunning. He has an enormous amount of physical stamina, durability, pain tolerance, speed, resilience and endurance as well.
He ate the Logia Devil Fruit, Suna Suna no Mi, allowing him to become, generate, and manipulate sand. He has mastered his ability to the point of perfection and can turn into sand reflexively if attacked; this became especially obvious after Doflamingo cut his head off while he was distracted.
While in a desert area, his powers make him nearly invincible. Crocodile has the ability to create huge sandstorms, make multiple bladed weapons out of sand, and create quicksand (given the presence of a nearby underground waterway.)
He can also suck all the moisture out of any object, living or non-living, by touching it with his right hand. This ability allows him to utterly destroy his surroundings, killing and macerating any biological substances via dehydration.

8 – BOA HANCOCK (Current)

Noted as the the strongest warrior of the infamous Kuja Tribe. Hancock has immense physical strength. Her strength is supplemented with tremendous speed and agility and she has tremendous skills in hand-to-hand combat.
Boa ate the Mero Mero no Mi, a Paramecia-class Devil Fruit, that allows a range of attacks which use emotions of lust or perversion to transform opponents into stone.
She is also adept in long-range combat and is capable of using her Devil Fruit powers to strike her enemies from a long distance. With the Slave Arrow, she shot down multiple New World Pirates at once, petrifying them in the process.
She is highly skilled in Busoshoku Haki which she can combine with her kicks. She also possesses Haoshoku Haki, which she can used to knock out a weak-willed people with a massive burst.

7 – JINBE (Former)

Jinbe is is officially the tenth member of the Straw Hat crew. Even for a fishman, Jinbe possesses tremendous strength. He is the most powerful fishman seen thus far. He has a massive tolerance for pain: not only was he one of the few people to be able to take a “baptizing” in boiling water in Impel Down without flinching (which is considered an impressive feat), he could also block a direct magma punch from Akainu with his bare hand.
Jinbe is an exceptionally powerful master of Fishman Karate, which he can use to knock away many opponents at once and defeat extremely strong enemies. He also displays the ability to skillfully manipulate water as if it were a tangible cloth through Fishman Karate, even using it to attack from a distance. He can cause devastating damage with this kind of technique, to both people and ships.
Jinbe is extremely skilled in using Busoshoku Haki, as shown when he defended himself against some Big Mom Pirates. He could also fortify his arms and was able to briefly defend against Big Mom’s Cognac.

6 – TRAFALGAR LAW (Former)

Trafalgar Law is the captain and doctor of the Heart Pirates. After he was expelled from the Shichibukai, Law’s bounty was raised to 500,000,000. Law is the user of a Devil Fruit called the Ope Ope no Mi, which allows him to create a spherical territory of light blue aura. In this territory, he is capable of separating and spatially displacing anything and everything inside (including himself), referred to as that he can “operate” on anything within the spherical “operating room”. Easily among the most versatile Devil Fruits around, with his powers, Law is capable of causing mass havoc within the area he controls. Law appears to have mastered his power to such a great extent, that he can even cut through someone who completely imbued their body in Busoshoku Haki.
Ope Ope no Mi has been called the “Ultimate Devil Fruit”. Infact it has the unique power to grant another person eternal youth in exchange for the current user’s life.
Law has also shown great proficiency in Busoshoku Haki.

5 – BARTHOLOMEW KUMA (Current)

Bartholomew Kuma is a Shichibukai and a former member of the Revolutionary Army with a bounty of 296,000,000 Berries. He was once feared as an extremely vicious pirate, earning himself the title, “Tyrant”. He is a type of cyborg, a human weapon called a “Pacifista” developed by Vegapunk.
Kuma is one of the few people to have completely defeated the Straw Hat Pirates, and is also the only character introduced so far that has defeated the crew single-handedly, twice.
Kuma ate the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi, making him a “Paw Man”. A Paramecia-class Devil Fruit, it gave him paw pads on his palms which give him the power to “push” or deflect anything, including the air around him allowing him to not only defend himself from attacks but also to push objects at great speed. Kuma has made numerous people “vanish” by slapping them with one of his hands. It is later revealed that he pushes them away, sending them flying to another destination, which he can choose, even if the destination requires several days to reach.
Kuma’s abilities can also be used to create massively destructive attacks. This is displayed by one of his signature moves, “Ursus Shock”, essentially a bomb made of highly compressed air created by pushing the air between his hands.

4 – EDWARD WEEVIL (Current)

Edward Weevil, or “Whitebeard Jr.”, is the self-proclaimed son of “Whitebeard” Edward Newgate and one of the Shichibukai.
His powers have been praised by Kizaru who compared his abilities to that of a younger Whitebeard, his alleged father. He was able to single-handedly defeat 16 pirate crews affiliated with Whitebeard, including the A.O Pirates, without taking a single injury.

3 – DONQUIXOTE DOFLAMINGO (Former)

Donquixote Doflamingo is the captain of the Donquixote Pirates and the most influential underworld broker under the codename “Joker”.
Donquixote Doflamingo is one of the most powerful pirates to appear so far. He has displayed physical abilities of superhuman strength, reflexes, spryness, dexterity and speed, with excellent reaction time.
Doflamingo has shown great profency in both Busoshoku Haki and Haoshoku Haki(Awakened).
Doflamingo ate the Ito Ito no Mi which grants him the ability to create and manipulate strings. He usually moves his fingers accordingly to bend them as he pleases for either manipulating people like puppets or bifurcating his targets. The strings are extremely thin and some may even be invisible, making it almost impossible to notice and avoid them.
The strings can also be used for cutting, allowing Doflamingo to effortlessly slice off body parts and destroy weapons.
In the case of an emergency, Doflamingo can use strings to repair his internal organs as a crude way to staunch the worst effects, though it is not considered actual healing or regeneration.
Doflamingo’s mastery of his Devil Fruit is so advanced that he was able to awaken his powers, being able to even turn his surroundings into string.

2 – DRACULE MIHAWK (Current)

Mihawk is the current holder of the title, “Greatest Swordsman in the World”.
Part of Mihawk’s reputation as the most powerful master swordsman in the world is also due to his tremendous superhuman physical power and fortitude which supplements his mastery of swordsmanship. He possesses an immense amount of skill in battle and has exceptional eyesight.
The fact that Mihawk used to be a rival of one of the Yonko implies that Mihawk might be one of the strongest characters in the series. Infact he has been known to have frequently fought with Shanks when they were younger. Their battles were said to shake the whole of the Grand Line and Mihawk often sought Shanks out for duels. However, Mihawk lost interest in him after Shanks lost his left arm.

1 – BLACKBEARD (Former)

Blackbeard is the admiral of the Blackbeard Pirates and the newest member of the Yonko. He has an immense amount of superhuman endurance and tremendous physical strength even for his comparable size.
Blackbeard has become the first and, so far, only user to wield the powers of two Devil Fruits at the same time. With the power of darkness (Yami Yami no Mi), which “reduces anything to nothingness”, and the power of quakes (Gura Gura no Mi), which “brings destruction to everything”, Blackbeard claims himself to be truly invincible and the strongest pirate in the world.
The most prominent feats of Teach’s power was defeating three commanders of the Whitebeard Pirates: Portgas D. Ace, Thatch, and later during the Payback War, Marco, the new Captain of the Whitebeard Pirates.
