GMA Network Inc has teamed up with Philippine-based Korean entertainment distribution company, JU Entertainment Movie and Drama Inc, to adapt Yoko Kamio’s beloved shoujo manga into a live-action TV drama. The manga’s previous drama adaptations has catapulted some of its actors into stardom, particularly the ones who played the F4 members. This Philippine version will be having an all-Filipino cast, and they are even doing a nationwide search for actors to play the main characters. GMA Network First Vice President for Program Management Jose Mari Abacan said:

“In order for us to find the actors who will portray the coveted characters in the series, we will have a nationwide open casting call that will give equal chance to talented individuals who want to be part of this highly anticipated project.”
