One Piece manga series has more than 430 million copies in print worldwide. The news was revealed by Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine editor-in-chief, Hiroyuki Nakano, at a press event for Shueisha‘s new 2017 publications. Eiichiro Oda manga series has 360 million copies in print in Japan and 70 million copies in print outside of Japan, making a total of 430 million copy.
The manga set a world record in June 2015 for “The most copies published for the same comic book series by a single author after it reached 320,866,000 copies printed worldwide in December 2014.
