Otaku reveal their top 20 sexy flat-chested anime girls

When ten thousand otaku were questioned on which anime character with smaller breasts they found most attractive/sexy/charming, their answers were quite surprising. We were fully expecting a whole set of childish “loli” characters like Menma (Ano Hana) and Kobato (Haganai), but the top 20 is actually mostly dominated by sporty/tomboy and quiet/studious characters.
