Since Kiseijuu (Parasyte) has already a live-action adaptation, I’ll go with Tokyo Ghoul. This is not your ordinary ghoul or zombie movie. It’s is more than just ghouls eating people. It’s an examination of self and desire.

Berserk will be the dark knight of medieval fantasy movies when it comes to the big screen. Everyone will go berserk over it.

7.Evangelion

Imagine all those explosions and fight scenes in live-action, It would be epic. Evangelion does not only shine on the mecha aspect but also on the psychological character development. So it not only needs good visual effects but also good character acting.

This prison drama can break everyones’ hearts. Rainbow is an emotional anime where 7 teenagers are confined in a brutal prison where humiliation is common as they hope for light in dark, uncaring world. This anime will enlighten it’s viewers to how cruel prison really is.

4. Shinsekai Yori

One of the most disturbing and mysterious horror anime, Shinsekai Yori is about a false utopia full of mysteries a millennium from now where people can use psychic powers called  “Cantus” as part of their everyday life.

This utopia/dystopian anime can defeat modern dystopian movies like The Hunger Games and Maze Runner when it comes to mystery and horror.

This Sci-fi crime and justice anime will be perfect on the big screen. It’ll spark an incredible amount of debate on government spying, control, what justice means for each country.
