Speed is one of the most important assets to a person fighting. Moving faster than your opponent means that you’ll be able to land more hits and be able to evade your opponent’s attacks as well. So, today I have made a list of the fastest characters in One Piece.
10. Rob Lucci-

Rob Lucci used to be a member of CP9. However, he was later promoted to CP0 after the events at Ennies Lobby. Lucci possesses the Cat Cat Fruit: Model- Leopard. He was able to match with the speed of Gear 2.
9. Hody Jones-

Hody Jones was the main antagonist of the Fishman Island arc. Hody was doing drugs in order to enhance his power, speed and vision. After overdosing he was easily able to keep up with Luffy in Gear 2.
8. Cavendish-

Cavendish is also known as Cavendish of the White Horse. He is the captain of the Beautiful Pirates. Cavendish is not fast but it is actually Hakuba who is really fast. His attacks are really fast and only Rebecca was able to avoid his attack and that too barely.
7. Vinsmoke Sanji-

Vinsmoke Sanji is the third son of Vinsmoke Judge. Sanji is the the cook of the Straw Hats. Sanji is the fastest member of the Straw Hats. He has tremendous speed and after the time-skip he learned the ability called sky walk, which is just CP9’s Soru.
6. Bartholomew Kuma-

Bartholomew Kuma is one of the seven Warlords of the sea. Kuma is also nicknamed “Kuma The Tyrant.” Kuma possesses the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi. His devil fruit allows him to travel at super fast speed.
5. Shanks-

Shanks is the captain of the Red Hair Pirates. He is one of the four Yonkō. Shanks can use all three kinds of Haki. Shanks stopped Kaidō from reaching Marineford. Shanks also saved Akainu from killing Coby. We don’t how he managed to do all of that in such a short period of time.
4. Silvers Rayleigh-

Silvers Rayleigh was a member of the Roger Pirates. He was the right hand man of the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger. Rayleigh is a very powerful person. Despite his old age, he was able to fight against Admiral Kizaru. Rayleigh can use all three kinds of Haki.
3. Luffy-

Luffy is another member of the Straw Hats who makes the list. Luffy has 3 different gears. The most powerful of these is Gear 4th. In Gear 4th, Luffy has tremendous speed and power.
2. Enel-

Enel is the former ruler of Skypeia. He possesses the Goro Goro no Mi, which gives him the power to turn into lightning. He is one of the strongest foes that the Straw Hats faced before time-skip. He was able to teleport to places in an instant because of his devil fruit.
1. Kizaru-

He is also known as Borsalino. He wields the power of Pika Pika no Mi. With his devil fruit, he can create and control light itself. It is a very overpowered devil fruit. Kizaru can travel at very fast speeds because of his devil fruit.
