7 – THE REMNANTS OF THE ROGER PIRATES

The Roger Pirates were the crew of the late Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, and were the only crew to ever reach Raftel, the end of the New World in the Grand Line.
The things they did were part of legends. They made it as far as Skypiea and the end of the Grand Line, Raftel, on their ship the Oro Jackson.
Even though the crew disbanded, the Marine would never allow the crew to be forgotten. If a crew member is encountered, the Marines cannot simply let them go. Similarly, Portgas D. Ace, being the son of Roger, is not spared from this prejudiced hunt.

6 – KOZUKI MOMONOSUKE

Kozuki Momonosuke is an inhabitant of Wano Country and the son of the late daimyo of Kuri and patriarch of the Kozuki Family, Kozuki Oden.
He has the ability to communicate with the giant elephant Zunisha, being capable of seeing through its eyes and giving it orders, which is the only way it can do anything but walk. Should Momonosuke order it to attack, he is in command of a powerful weapon capable of wiping out fleets in a single blow. Like his father, Momonosuke also has the ability to hear the “Voice of All Things”.

Nico Robin is the only person alive who can read the language written on poneglyph tablets, which contain records of ancient history; this was the true reason why her first bounty was so high, despite being issued when she was only 8 years old.

4 – SHIRAOSHI

Princess Shirahoshi is the current form of Poseidon, one of the three Ancient Weapons capable of mass destruction.
Poseidon was a Mermaid Princess who lived in the Void Century that had the power to talk to Sea Kings, enormous sea creatures capable of mass destruction. As stated in a conversation between Neptune and Robin, Shiraoshi has now inherited the title “Poseidon”.

3 – YONKO

The Yonko are the four most notorious and powerful pirates in the world, with devastatingly powerful and versatile Devil Fruit abilities, immense physical strength, endurance, and durability, and/or sheer mastery of Haki.
These four individually reside within the second half of the Grand Line (known as the “New World”), exerting impressive influence and control over dozens of other pirate crews and self-governing islands.
Yonko Charlotte Linlin and Kaido both have a single Road Poneglyph that can, with all four Road Poneglyphs deciphered, lead to Raftel’s location.
The possibility of two or more of the Yonko forming an alliance is enough of a threat to cause the World Government to panic, as seen when it unsuccessfully attempted to prevent a meeting between Shanks and Whitebeard.

2 – MONKEY D. DRAGON & REVOLUTIONARY ARMY

Monkey D. Dragon is the infamous leader of the Revolutionary Army, a powerful military organization whose objective is to fight against the World Government’s rule over the world. He is the World Government’s greatest enemy, and is the most dangerous man in the world.
As the leader of the Revolutionaries, he has full control of the organization. There have been some hints that Dragon is extremely powerful, since the World Government has dubbed him as the “World’s Most Wanted Man”.

Despite having a small number of members, the Straw Hats are a very powerful crew. Their captain Monkey D. Luffy has continuously defeated people who are renowned for their incredible strength such as Crocodile, Gekko Moriah, Donquixote Doflamingo, the highly feared tyrant Enel from Skypiea and Rob Lucci of the CP9 and the mighty Charlotte Katakuri of the Big Mom Pirates. The crew itself has done things which most would think impossible and completely insane like defeating an entire organization (such as Baroque Works, CP9 and the Donquixote Pirates), punching a World Noble, breaking in and out of the judicial island, Enies Lobby, and crashing the tea party of a Yonko.
Currently, Luffy has gained the highest known bounty in the world of 1,500,000,000 Berries and is unofficially titled the “Fifth Emperor of the Sea”, further signifying his ever-expanding growth and strength as well as his exploits throughout his journey to One Piece.
