Top 8 Naruto Characters Who Are Stronger Than A Kage

There are a lot of characters in Naruto who miss out on being a Kage of their village. But, this doesn’t make them any less stronger. So, today I have made a list of the characters who are stronger than kages in Naruto.

Also I have left our characters such as Madara, Sasuke Uchiha, Kaguya Otsutsuki etc, since they are obviously stronger than Kages.

8. Might Gai-

Might Gai is a taijutsu master. Gai has mastered all the eight inner gates. After opening the last and final gate, Gai gains more power than the five Kage combined. Gai was the son of Might Dai.
7. Itachi Uchiha-

Itachi was a very intelligent person. Itachi’s Mangekyō Sharingan could demolish even the strongest foes with ease. Itachi also possessed the Susanoo, which made him invincible according to Zetsu. He possessed the Amaterasu in one eye and Tsukuyomi in the other.

6. Sasori-

Sasori was a missing nin from Sunagakure. He was a very powerful shinobi. Sasori was able to kill the Third Kazekage. Sasori was a master puppeteer. He was immortal as he had turned his entire body into a human puppet.

5. Orochimaru

Orochimaru is one of the legendary Sannin. He is immortal and cannot be killed by anyway. He had the largest variety of jutsu in his arsenal. Orochimaru was able to fight against Hiruzen and he forced Hiruzen to sacrifice his own self.
4. Kisame Hoshigaki

Kisame was a rogue ninja from Kirigakure. He was also a member of the seven swordsmen of the Mist. He wielded the deadly Samehada. Kisame also possessed the largest chakra reserves in the entire Akatsuki.

3. Jiraiya

Jiraiya was a shinobi from Konohagakure. He was a member of the legendary Sannin. He was also a sage mode user, which enhanced his physical abilities. Jiraiya holds the record of the most missions completed in the entire shinobi history. His power was acknowledged by all of his enemies which included Itachi, Kisame and Nagato.

2. Konan

Konan was the only female member of the Akatsuki. She was a really powerful kunoichi. Konan was able to use paper as her weapons. She was even able to bring Obito Uchiha on the verge of death. He only escaped because of the Izanagi. Konan is really underrated.

Obito was the real leader of the Akatsuki. He was able to fight Minato on equal grounds when he was just a kid. His Mangekyō Sharingan gave him the ability of intangibility, which helped him to dodge almost all of the attacks. Obito became the jinchūriki of the ten tails during the fourth great ninja war.
