In the meantime, Sabo, Karasu, Lindbergh, and Morley have infiltrated Mary Geoise. After seeing Kuma being a slave to the World Nobles, they planned to rescue him. Karasu points out that Kuma would not return to his old self even if they do rescue him, and Lindbergh reflects that Kuma being enslaved despite formerly being a king of a nation affiliated with the World Government is a message that the power of a person is irrelevant when they defy the World Noble “gods”.

Recently, in chapter 925, Marshall D. Teach revealed that on the fourth day of the Reverie, Sabo and the Commanders of the Revolutionary Army clashed with Marine Admirals Fujitora and Ryokugyu in order to take back their old ally, Kuma.

If this was a rescue plan then the best plan would be to sneak in and not draw attention, since the Revolutionaries aren’t like Luffy. Unless the commotion and fighting is just a distraction.
It would be strange to send some of their strongest members into a heavily guarded place knowing that they may be outmatched, especially with Dragon having the power to shift the tides in their favour.

So what may be more likely is to use those 4 as a distraction, so that Dragon has a clear path to rescue Kuma. With the Admirals tied up fighting his commanders, Dragon can just waltz in and none of the other guards would even be a threat to him. He could rescue Kuma and then aide the others so they could retreat.
