Naruto Shinden Novel Gets TV Anime Adaptation in February

You know what would be really cool? If Boruto’s dad had his own anime — that guy is really awesome!

Naruto Shinden

We’re in luck because Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump announced that the Naruto Shinden (The New Legend of Naruto) novel is getting an anime adaptation. The three-novel series dedicates a single story to Naruto, Sasuke, and Shikamaru as parents.

Naruto Shinden will air for three weeks — one episode per novel. The series will premiere on February 10 and will air alongside Boruto: Naruto Next Generation. However, Shueisha didn’t state if Naruto Shinden will have its time slot or will be episodes within the Boruto: Naruto Next Generation series.

Are you excited to see Naruto back in the spotlight, even if it’s just for a short time?
