9-CHARLOTTE SMOOTHIE (Big Mom Pirates)
Charlotte Smoothie is the 14th daughter of the Charlotte Family and one of the Three Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates. She also serves as Totto Land’s Minister of Juice. She is a hybrid between a human and a member of the Longleg Tribe.
She has a bounty of 932,000,000 Berries.
8-SHILIEW (Blackbeard Pirates)
Shiliew of the Rain was the Head Jailer of Impel Down until he was imprisoned for his excessive violence towards the prisoners. Due to the riot caused by Monkey D. Luffy and the arrival of Marshall D. Teach, he was temporarily released to help quell the riot. However, instead of dealing with the pirates, Shiliew assisted Teach and ultimately decided to join his crew.
He’s probably the strongest Commander of the Yonko Marshall D. Teach. This means that his bounty should be near to 1,000,000,000 Berries.
7-YASOPP (Red Hair Pirates)
Yasopp is one of Shanks’ core crewmates. He is probably the best sniper in the world, he is capable of shooting the antennae off of an ant at one hundred feet away without harming the rest of it. Luffy also stated that he had never seen him miss a shot. His reputation was such that when Shanks was looking for potential crew members, he sought out Yasopp who had apparently already made quite a name for himself. He also should have a bounty near to 1,000,000,000 Berries.
6-LUCKY ROO (Red Hair Pirates)
Lucky Roo is one of Yonko Shanks’ most important men. He’s the first person to kill someone both in the anime and the manga, by shooting a mountain bandit in the head at point blank range.
Lucky Roo he’s supposed to incredibly fast as well as a Haki master. His bounty should be near to 1,000,000,000 Berries.
5-JACK THE DROUGHT (Beasts Pirates)
Jack the Drought is an All-Star of the Beasts Pirates, one of Kaido’s three right-hand men, known as the Disasters, and the captain of the Mammoth.
He is considered by King and Queen to be the weakest of the three Disasters and was constantly looked down by them for it.
Jack has a bounty of 1,000,000,000 Berries.
4-CHARLOTTE KATAKURI (Big Mom Pirates)
Charlotte Katakuri is the strongest of the Three Sweet Commanders. Even as a child, his strength was compared to that of a “monster”. Until his first loss against Luffy, he had never lost a single battle throughout his life and his long perfect record of victory was described by Oven as “legendary”.
His bounty of 1,057,000,000 Berries proves that the World Government views him as extremely dangerous.
3-QUEEN THE PLAGUE (Beasts Pirates)
Queen the Plague is an All-Star of the Beasts Pirates and one of Kaido’s three Disasters. Like King, Queen is extremely rude and critical of his crewmates. He and King seem to have a mutual sense of disdain for Jack.
His bounty of 1,320,000,000 Berries proves that the World Government considers him extremely dangerous and threatening to their operations.
2-KING THE WILDFIRE (Beasts Pirates)
King the Wildfire is one of Kaido’s three right-hand men, the Disasters. Befitting his epithet, King is able to produce fire, both in his human and pteranodon forms.
Kaido has great trust in him and his powers. When Big Mom and her children arrive at Wano Country, King attacked and knocked her ship into the sea because of Kaido’s orders.
His bounty should be near to 1,500,000,000 Berries.
1-BENN BECKMAN (Red Hair Pirates)
Benn Beckman has the highest IQ of anyone in the East Blue. Since he is a first mate to a Yonko, he presumably possesses a great deal of strength. I would say he is a master in Busoshoku Haki and uses that rifle (armament the bullets) as both a ranged weapon and used as a club. I think his current bounty is about 1,800,000,000 Berries.
