10- ALVIDA
Alvida is the captain of the Alvida Pirates and the first antagonist encountered by Luffy in the anime present timeline.
Originally, Alvida was a tall and very obese woman with long wavy black hair, and freckles on her cheeks.
By eating a Devil Fruit, Alvida has transformed by shedding the excess weight from her body. The Sube Sube no Mi makes Alvida very slippery and, aside from the cowboy hat she wears, Alvida looks totally different from her original form, being slim, well-endowed, with dark-green eyes (before is brown), while maintaining her original hair.
Most people that see her actually fall in love with her (as seen in Loguetown, even women), similar to Boa Hancock.
9- SHIRAOSHI
Princess Shirahoshi is the youngest of King Neptune’s children. She is also the current form of Poseidon.
Shirahoshi is a giant-sized mermaid and is described as “cute but huge” in her introduction; this makes her roughly eight to ten times the size of Luffy, an average human, excluding the length of her tail; she can hold and hide Luffy in one hand alone.
Shirahoshi has been noted for her beauty, which has been said to rival that of Boa Hancock, and Garp stated that her appearance alone was beyond everyone’s expectations.
8- BABY 5
Baby 5 is the alias of a member of the Happo Navy who is married to Sai, the Happo Navy’s 13th leader. She is a former servant and assassin of the Donquixote Pirates serving as an officer in the Pica Army.
Baby 5 is a young woman of average height. She has a slim but curvaceous well-endowed figure. Her real name has not been revealed.
7- REBECCA
Rebecca is the former crown princess of Dressrosa, who forfeited her title to live with her father and currently serves as a lady-in-waiting to the royal family. She is the granddaughter of Riku Dold III, the daughter of Scarlett and Kyros, and the niece of Viola.
Rebecca is a fair-skinned, thin, and curvy teenager who is slightly shorter than Luffy. She has long, light pink hair, which she wears in a braid.
She was a gladiator at the Corrida Colosseum who joined a tournament to compete for the Mera Mera no Mi.
6- KALIFA
Kalifa was the only female member of CP9, until she was dismissed from the unit by Spandam, who lied and blamed the team for the failure in Enies Lobby along with her colleagues.
Kalifa is a slim, pretty woman with blue eyes and glasses. She has small studded earrings and usually wears outfits that reveals her legs and cleavage.
Like most of her colleagues (with the exception of Spandam, Lucci, Hattori, and Kaku being part of CP-0), her location and allegiance are currently unknown.
5- NICO ROBIN
Nico Robin is the archaeologist of the Straw Hat Pirates. She is currently the only person in world with the ability to read and decipher Poneglyphs, a skill which is considered forbidden and threatening to the World Government.
After the timeskip, Robin’s black hair has grown longer, down to her lower back and is pulled back, revealing more of her forehead and ears. Her breasts have also grown much larger and rounder, like Nami’s, but apart from this her appearance has not changed much, save for the fact that both her body curves and hourglass figure have become more pronounced. Robin’s skin tone seemed to lighten with color (possibly due to the time spending training indoors). Unlike the other members, Robin did not grow taller. She remains at 188 cm.
4- NAMI
Nami is the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates. Her dream is to make a map of the entire world.
After the timekip, Nami’s hair has grown rather long, reaching down to her lower back. Her breasts have also grown larger and rounder, like Robin’s, and her body curves and hourglass figure have become more pronounced. Oddly, her face is now drawn to look younger: with her eyes bigger (with the irises now showing), droopier, and placed lower on her face; though this may be from the art style evolving. She also has grown slightly taller.
Most people consider her to be very attractive and beautiful.
3- VIOLA
Viola is a former assassin and officer of the Donquixote Pirates’ Trebol Army and Rebecca’s maternal aunt. She is also King Riku Dold III’s second daughter, making her the crown princess of Dressrosa and current heiress to the throne, after Rebecca forfeited her title.
When playing the role of Violet, an officer of the Donquixote Family, Viola fits the stereotype of the dancing women of Dressrosa; she seems to be very emotional and romantic but would not hesitate to stab a man who betrays her. She can use her charm to manipulate people, persuading Sanji to kill a man for her and luring him into a trap.
2- VINSMOKE REIJU
Vinsmoke Reiju, also known as “Poison Pink”, is the eldest child and only daughter of the Vinsmoke Family. She is a princess of the Germa Kingdom and a commander in its military arm, Germa 66.
She has purple eyes (blue in the anime), and occasionally wears light pink lipstick. Like all the Vinsmoke siblings, she has distinctive curly eyebrows that form a spiral resembling the number “6”. However, unlike her brothers Sanji and Yonji, her eyebrows appear to swirl symmetrically in opposing directions.
1- BOA HANCOCK
Boa Hancock is the only female member of the Shichibukai. She is the current empress, known as the “Snake Princess”, of Amazon Lily and rules over the Kuja tribe with her two younger Gorgon sisters, Boa Sandersonia and Boa Marigold.
Hancock is considered by many people as the most beautiful woman in the world. She has a well proportioned figure compared to her abnormal and huge sisters. She is very tall and slender with long black hair that extends past her waist with locks of hair that frame her face down to her chin and shows her high forehead, pale skin, large breasts, and dark brown eyes with long, voluminous lashes. Like most of the females in the series, she has a narrow waist.
Her three measurements are (according to Vinsmoke Sanji and series creator Eiichiro Oda in supplemental material): B111-W61-H91 (B 43.7″ – W 24.02″ – H 35.83″), making her breasts a J-cup in Japan, and bigger than Nami’s or Nico Robin’s breasts.
