Whole Cake Island Arc is one of the best arcs in One Piece. It showed us many powerful characters, backstories and also epic fights.Whole Cake Island Arc showed us the power of a Yonkō, her crew, and her allies but the list doesn’t stop only there. Adding to this we have Germa, Fire Tank Pirates, and Strawhats pirates’ character development. As we know the Whole Cake island arc is about to end and the new arc is going to start, so I thought I will make a list of the 10 strongest Characters in the Whole Cake Island Arc.

10. Jinbe

Jinbe is the former captain of the Sun Pirates and is now a member of the Strawhat Pirates. He can use Armament Haki as well as Observation Haki. Jinbe is the master of Fishmen Karate and also of Merman combat both of which are extremely powerful. Jinbe has fought and defeated Charlotte Opera with one hit and stand his ground against a weakened Big Mom which quite impressive.

9. Judge

Judge is the king of the Germa Kingdom and also the ruler of Germa 66. He possesses a Raid Suit which increase his attack power, speed and also defense properties. Moreover, Judge can use technique called Garūda, which is well know throughout the world which Judge used during his fight against Sanji.

8. Capone Bege

Capone Bege is the captain of the fire Tank Pirates and is a member of the Worst Generation. He possesses a Paramecia type of Devil Fruit called Shiro Shiro no Mi which turns his body into a castle. He can also turn his body into a giant castle called Big Father, in this form, Bege defensive capabilities increase drastically. Bege was able to tank many of Big Mom’s hits. He is also a great sniper as he was able to snipe Oven from a great distance. Bege’s offensive abilities are that he can shoot many cannonballs at once which can destroy his opponents.

7. Perospero

Perospero is the first son of Big Mom and is one of the monsters in the Big Mom Pirates. He possesses a Paramecia type of Devil Fruit called Per Per no Mi which allows him to create and control candy at will. Perospero is one of the best Devil Fruit in One Piece as he creates many things with his candy like a factory without breaking a sweat. He also has many defensive abilities like the Candy maidan and the one he used to survive Pedro’s bombs. Perospero can even turn people into candy figure which can kill people within seconds. His Devil Fruit has only one weakness which is fire, no matter how much powerful an attack he uses, it will be useless against fire. But Devil Fruit isn’t the only reason he is powerful, his strength and endurance is also amazing, as he was able to survive a bomb blast and still was able to fight after losing an arm. Moreover, he almost killed Chopper and Brook with only his one move and defeated Pedro with ease.

6. Charlotte Snack

Snack is one of the former Sweet Commanders in the Big Mom Pirates. His abilities and powers are still unknown but we can say he deserves a spot on this list because of him being one of the Sweet Commander of the Big Mom Pirates. He powers might be shown during the fight against Vinsmoke Judge.

5. Charlotte Cracker

Cracker is one of the three Sweet Commanders in the Big Mom Pirates. He can use Armament and Observation Haki. Cracker possesses a Paramecia type of Devil Fruit called Bisu Bisu no Mi which allows him to create Biscuits at will. Cracker can create Biscuit imbued Haki clones which acts as his defensive armor. He can create an infinite amount of biscuit clones at will and use them to attack his opponents. These biscuit clones were able to overpower Luffy in his Gear Second and Gear Third + Haki with ease. Cracker in his main body was easily able to overpower Luffy’s Gear Fourth Bounce man and even go far to hurt it. Moreover, if it’s for Nami Luffy would have been killed by Cracker in the Seducing Forest.

Charlotte Smoothie is the second strongest Sweet Commander in the Big Mom Pirates. She possesses a Paramecia type of Devil Fruit whose name is unknown. But its abilities have been revealed, this Devil Fruit allows her to suck the water out her opponent’s body which results in their death. This Devil Fruit also allows her to increase her size drastically she can even get bigger than a giant. She is also a Swordsman and can send devastating slashes to her opponents. The best feat of her is that she is a sweet commander which describes her power, in the upcoming manga we might be able to see some of her powers.

3. Monkey D. Luffy

Monkey D. Luffy is the captain of the Strawhat Pirates and is a member of the Worst Generation. Luffy can use all three types of Haki and is a Devil Fruit user. He possesses a Paramecia type of Devil Fruit called Gomu Gomu no Mi which turned his body into rubber. Luffy has accomplished many feats at Whole Cake Island arc, he was able to beat Charlotte Cracker in a fight and was able to stand his ground against Charlotte Katakuri himself. Moreover, Luffy right now is a Yonkō Commander level without a doubt and he can beat any other commander with ease except for the first mate.

2. Charlotte Katakuri

Charlotte Katakuri is the first mate of the Big Mom Pirates and is the strongest Sweet Commander in the Big Mom Pirates. He can use all three types of Haki and is an amazing user of Observation Haki. Katakuri with his Observation Haki can see into the future and with that, it is very difficult to land a hit on him. He possesses a Special Paramecia type Devil Fruit which allows create and control Mochi at will. This Fruit grants him the body of a Logia Devil Fruit user and Katakuri has also awakened his Devil Fruit which allows him to turn his surrounding into Mochi. Katakuri is an absolute monster in battle, he has defeated Vinsmoke Ichiji in a battle, and other people. Katakuri was able to overpower and dominate the fight against Luffy. This is a very controversial topic in One Piece community, Katakuri in my heart won the fight and is still stronger than Luffy.

Big Mom is the queen of Totto Land and is the captain of the Big Mom Pirates. She possesses all three types of Haki and is also a Devil Fruit user. She possesses a Paramecia type of Devil Fruit called Soru Soru no Mi which allows her to create and control any living beings souls at will. Linlin can also give it to any non-living thing. She can also control the weather itself with the two homies she possesses, Zeus and Prometheus. Big Mom possesses an invisible armor that can’t be harmed by any weapon in the world. As a child, Big Mom had the potential of becoming a Fleet Admiral in the marines and was even more dangerous than CP themselves. At her old age, she was able to one hit Vinsmoke Judge, Niji, and Yonji with ease. She was able to easily stop Luffy’s Kong Gun with only using her elbow. She can destroy an island with only one slash of her sword. Moreover, her stats uas a Yonkō shows us how truly strong she is. Big Mom is without a doubt the strongest character in the Whole Cake island.
