Top 10 Strongest Gokou Commanders in One Piece

The Whole Cake Island Arc has come to an end now. The Straw Hats have successfully managed to escape from Totto Land and Luffy is currently considered by the global press to be the “Fifth Emperor among the Yonkou(now Gokou?)”.

Let’s see who are the 10 Strongest Gokou Commanders!

10- Sanji Vinsmoke

Sanji is one of the crew’s top four fighters, having the third top bounty, after Luffy and Jinbe. Due to years of extremely hard training under Zeff since childhood, Sanji has gained extraordinary superhuman physical prowess, speed, agility and reflexes, which enables him to use an array of handstands for a kick-based martial art.
Sanji possesses the ability to use two forms of Haki: Busoshoku Haki and his speciality Kenbunshoku Haki. During his stay on Kamabaka Kingdom, Sanji has trained his Kenbunshoku Haki to an extremely high level. His supreme mastery at using this form of Haki is evident in many circumstances: in Whole Cake Island he dodged a jellybean bullet that was aimed at him by Katakuri. Sanji’s ability to both sense the bullet and dodge it left even the Sweet Commander surprised. He was also able to dodge multiple bullets being fired at him by Pudding, all from point-blank range.

9-  Shiliew of the Rain

His strength is said to be equal to the Chief Warden Magellan. However, since Magellan’s work hours are limited due to his diarrhea, Shiliew was considered more dangerous.
Shiliew is extremely proficient in wielding his nodachi, having used it to kill numerous prisoners of Impel Down, all who were noted to be powerful and dangerous criminals. When his sword was returned to him after a long term imprisonment, Shiliew killed several of his fellow Impel Down officers in a split second, demonstrating extraordinary precision and dexterity in his swordsmanship.

8- Roronoa Zoro

Zoro is an extremely powerful master swordsman, being able to use one, two, and three swords in varying attack styles. He has immense superhuman physical prowess, particularly his strength and agility. He is generally considered to be above his peer and rival Vinsmoke Sanji, but just below the Straw Hat captain, Luffy.
To match his incredible strength, Zoro also has an immense tolerance to pain and astonishing amounts of stamina and endurance, evidenced by numerous situations he has thus far endured (Dracule Mihawk’s black sword slashing his chest, Kuma’s explosive Ursus Shock attack, etc..).
Zoro has extraordinary mastery of Busoshoku Haki. He is also very skilled in the use of Kenbunshoku Haki.

7- Jinbe

Jinbe is the most powerful fishman seen thus far.
In conjunction with his physical abilities, Jinbe is an exceptionally powerful master of Fishman Karate. His skill in Fishman Karate has become so immense that his strikes do not even need to make physical contact with an enemy as the water particles in the air will blow them away after a few seconds of time from the attack’s initiation. He also displays the ability to skillfully manipulate water as if it were a tangible cloth through Fishman Karate, even using it to attack from a distance.
Jinbe is extremely skilled in using Busoshoku Haki, as shown when he defended himself against some members of the Big Mom Pirates. He can also fortify his arms, being able to briefly defend against Big Mom’s Cognac.

6- Charlotte Cracker

Cracker is physically extremely strong, able to wield Pretzel, a very large sword, while maintaining sufficient speed . He also has shown immense amounts of stamina.
Cracker ate the Bisu Bisu no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to generate and manipulate biscuits at will.
Cracker models his biscuits into identical, hulking, and lifelike entities complete with weapons. He usually inhabits one of his puppets as a suit of armor, which he uses to mislead his enemies about his real appearance. He can manipulate his puppets’ bodies at will, including granting them extra limbs and weapons.
Cracker has incredible mastery of Busoshoku Haki, which he uses to harden his sword and biscuit armor.

5- Charlotte Smoothie

Smoothie possesses an extremely high level of physical strength and extraordinary durability. She is shown to have a strong will, being able to withstand Big Mom’s Haoshoku Haki and remain conscious from her loud screams.
Smoothie seems to possess a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit ability that allows her to wring and squeeze “juice” out of objects, living or not, as if they were wet table cloths or rags. She can also use the ability on herself to squeeze out poison from within her body, essentially making her immune to its effects.

4- Lucky Roo

Lucky Roo is one of Yonko Shanks’ most important men. He’s the first person to kill someone both in the anime and the manga, by shooting a mountain bandit in the head at point blank range.
During Romance Dawn, we see one of Higuma’s men pointing a gun at Shanks’ head, then after Shanks warns him suddenly Lucky Roo appears and shoots him. Now here’s the question, how can a big man like that go there that quickly without being noticed? It is likely that he is based on Lucky Luke (a fictional cowboy -gunfighter- from the “Lucky Luke” Franco-Belgian comic book) that is known as “The man who shoots faster than his shadow”.
Lucky Roo he’s supposed to be a Haki master or, anyway, a master in something different; in particular, many speculated that he uses a technique called “Life Return”. In this case, Lucky Roo eats so much because he is storing energy for a battle. Life Return gives him the ability to control his body; this can be used to turn fat into muscle, or just turn fat into energy.

3- Jack the Drought

Jack possesses tremendous strength and endurance, having fought with the Mink Tribe for five days and five nights without taking a break.
He is highly proficient in dual wielding his Shotel blades, able to fight equivalently with Nekomamushi and Inuarashi, the two strongest minks in the Mokomo Dukedom, in one-on-one combat.
Jack has eaten the Ancient Zoan-type version of the Zou Zou no Mi, which allows him to become a mammoth, granting him immense size and strength; in this form, he leveled part of a city by simply swinging his trunk.

2- Charlotte Katakuri

Charlotte Katakuri has tremendous physical strength, speed and reflexes.
He ate the Mochi Mochi no Mi, a special Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that lets him create, control, and transform into mochi at will.
He has also awakened his Devil Fruit powers, enabling him to transform inorganic material into mochi, enhancing the range of his attacks and capture field.
Katakuri has extraordinary mastery of Kenbunshoku Haki, having trained to such a degree that he can see slightly ahead into the future.
Katakuri is also extremely skilled at using Busoshoku Haki and Haoshoku Haki.

1- Benn Beckman

Benn Beckman has the highest IQ of anyone in the East Blue. Since he is a first mate to a Yonko, he presumably possesses a great deal of strength. During the Battle of Marineford, Admiral Kizaru chose not to fight him, even though he had just fought the First Commander of Whitebeard’s crew and Whitebeard himself. When the Red Hair Pirates arrived at Marineford to stop the war, Beckman was able to climb on to a Marine ship’s mast and sit on it, all the while pointing his flintlock at Kizaru, without the latter noticing.
I would say he is a master in Busoshoku Haki and uses that rifle (armament the bullets) as both a ranged weapon and used as a club.
