10-DONQUIXOTE DOFLAMINGO

Donquixote Doflamingo was the captain of the Donquixote Pirates.
Doflamingo is one of the most powerful pirates to appear so far. He has displayed physical abilities of superhuman strength, reflexes, spryness, dexterity and speed, with excellent reaction time.
Doflamingo ate the Ito Ito no Mi which grants him the ability to create and manipulate strings. He usually moves his fingers accordingly to bend them as he pleases for either manipulating people like puppets or bifurcating his targets.
Doflamingo’s mastery of his Devil Fruit is so advanced that he was able to awaken his powers, being able to even turn his surroundings into string.
Doflamingo also has significantly high skill in both Busoshoku Haki and Haoshoku Haki.

9-MONKEY D. LUFFY

Luffy is the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates.
He is currently considered the “Fifth Emperor of the Sea” and has a bounty of 1,500,000,000 Berries.
Luffy gained extraordinary stretching and elastic powers from eating the Gomu Gomu no Mi. He has also developed several peculiar methods of combat as time passed, adapting new forms by manipulating his elastic body, most prominent his “Gear Second”, “Gear Third” and “Gear Fourth” forms.
Luffy is able to use Haoshoku Haki, a type of Haki possessed only by one in a million people. Since training with Silvers Rayleigh, he have gained incredible proficiency in Kenbunshoku Haki, allowing him to tell what an opponent intends to do. After pushing his Kenbunshoku Haki to its peak during his fight against Katakuri, Luffy gained the ability to see into the future to a limited extent. Luffy has also gained an extremely high mastery of Busoshoku Haki, which has been shown to darken his body (or parts of it) and harden it.

8-MARCO THE PHOENIX

Marco the Phoenix was the 1st division commander of the Whitebeard Pirates and Whitebeard’s closest confidante and his right-hand man. After the death of Whitebeard he became the captain of the Whitebeard Pirates.
Marco is one of the strongest characters in the entire One Piece series, as he demonstrated in the war that he was on a similar level of fighting as the three admirals and even Whitebeard himself.
Marco ate a Devil Fruit referred to as a Mythical Zoan type, an immensely powerful type of Zoan Devil Fruit which enables him to transform into a phoenix. The additional powers this devil fruit grants may be considered similar to those of Paramecia (the somewhat “superhuman” power that affects the user’s body: regeneration) and Logia (the generation of blue phoenix flames).
The fruit’s greatest attribute, however, is that Marco can recover from any damage he accumulates in his human form by reverting to his phoenix, or hybrid phoenix form, or just by summoning blue flames around his body.

Big Mom is the captain of the Big Mom Pirates and the only female member of the Yonko.
Big Mom has acquired the powers of the Soru Soru no Mi a powerful Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows her to manifest the soul of whomever she touches into an ethereal substance. She can put harvested souls into non-living things in order to give them life or into animals in order to give them human abilities. Those creatures are named Homies. She can also create incarnations of her own soul, in fact Big Mom used fragments of her own soul to create three special homies that are far more powerful than ones created with other people’s souls: Zeus, a thundercloud she summons with her left hand; Prometheus, a sun she summons with her right hand; and Napoleon, a bicorne she wears on her head. Zeus and Prometheus allow Big Mom to unleash extremely powerful flames and lightning bolts, and can also combine their powers to manipulate the weather and create massive storms.
Big Mom has shown mastery over Busoshoku Haki and Haoshoku Haki.

6-MARSHALL D. TEACH BLACKBEARD

Marshall D. Teach is the captain of the Blackbeard Pirates and a member of the Yonko.
The most prominent feats of Teach’s power was defeating three commanders of the Whitebeard Pirates: Portgas D. Ace, Thatch, and later during the Payback War, Marco, the new Captain of the Whitebeard Pirates.
He is also the only person in history known to have the powers of two Devil Fruits. With the power of darkness (Yami Yami no Mi), which “reduces anything to nothingness”, and the power of quakes (Gura Gura no Mi), which “brings destruction to everything”, Blackbeard claims himself to be truly invincible and the strongest of them all. During the two years, the Blackbeard Pirates went on to hunt down powerful Devil Fruit users to kill them and absorb their abilities, thus Teach (and possibly his comrades) has likely added more abilities to his arsenal.

Kaido of the Beasts is the captain of the Beasts Pirates and one of the Yonko.
As one of the Yonko, Kaido is among the strongest pirates alive, renowned as the “Strongest Creature in the World”. He attempted to take Whitebeard’s life, something few would dare, and subsequently clashed with Shanks. When Gekko Moriah was in his prime, Kaido fought him and emerged victorious, having killed his entire crew.
Tthe greatest sign of Kaido’s strength is his apparent inability to die due to his tremendous toughness and durability. He has been caught and tortured 18 times, and people as powerful as the Marines and other Yonko have attempted to execute him 40 times only to fail as Kaido survived every single attempt because every single execution weapon broke when being used on him. Most notably, Kaido has jumped from 10,000 meters from the sky onto the ground, creating a massive shockwave strong enough to sink a large ship nearby, and emerged only with a headache; it has even become a hobby for him to attempt suicide, only for it to fail.

4-SHANKS

Shanks is the captain of the Red Hair Pirates. As a former member of the Roger Pirates and one of the Yonko in the New World, Shanks is known to be one of the four strongest pirates in the world.
Shanks has tremendous physical strength and fortitude as he was once a rival to Dracule Mihawk, the strongest swordsman in the world.
Even with only one arm, Shanks could apply tremendous power in his swordsmanship, able to easily match Whitebeard, the strongest man in the world. With his physical strength combined with Busoushoku Haki, Shanks could defend against Akainu’s magma fist which has extremely destructive offensive power that could burn powerful enemies such as Jinbe, Ace, and even Whitebeard.

3-SHIKI THE LION

Shiki the Golden Lion is the captain of the Golden Lion Pirates.
Alongside Roger and Whitebeard, Shiki is one of the most powerful pirates of his generation. He has tremendous physical strength supplemented with his supreme sword skills, allowing him to slay an army of Marines at Marineford, and it took the combined efforts of both Garp and Sengoku to subdue him with the conclusion of their fight leaving half of Marineford destroyed.
After the two swords became his prosthetic legs he is also capable of attacking from a distance with them by sending slashes from his sword legs in a Rankyaku like fashion.
Shiki ate the Fuwa Fuwa no Mi, a Paramecia type Devil Fruit which allows him to make surrounding non-living matter levitate once he has come in contact with it. When attacking, Shiki uses the surrounding environment against his enemies, shaping earth or snow into giant lion heads and launching them towards his foes, or even making water float to drown his opponents in it.

Edward Newgate was the captain of the Whitebeard Pirates and was known as “The Strongest Man in the World” and “The Man closest to One Piece” after Gol D. Roger’s death.
In his prime, Whitebeard was one of the most powerful pirates of his generation and was one of the only men in the world who could match the late Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, in a fight.
Whitebeard ate the Gura Gura no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that made him a “Quake Man” and which was considered the strongest Devil Fruit within the Paramecia class. According to Sengoku, Whitebeard had the power to destroy the world.
