[Video] Original cast return as Aria the Avvenire teaser is streamed

A new teaser video streamed by Shochiku Channel has announced that the original Aria cast will be reprising their roles for the upcoming Aria the Avvenire anime, which will premiere in a special screening event this September 26.

The video previews the anime’s theme song by Choro Club feat. Senoo and announces that Erino Hazuki (Tamayura’s Riho Shihomi) will return as Akari Mizunashi. Also returning are Chiwa Saito (Madoka Magica’s Homura Akemi) as Aika S. Granzchesta, Ryou Hirohashi (Working!!’s Aoi Yamada) as Alice Carroll, Sayaka Ohara (Fairy Tail’s Erza Scarlett) as Alicia Florence, Chinami Nishimura (PreCure’s Cure Beauty) as President Aria, Junko Minagawa (Prince of Tennis’s Ryouma Echizen) as Akira E. Ferrari, and Kaori Mizuhashi (Madoka Magica’s Mami Tomoe) as Ai. The video also reveals that the late Tomoko Kawakami (Elfen Lied’s Mariko) will be having her voice featured in a special performance as she reprises her role as Athena Glory.
